Mixtape Mentality

The brand originators based the first volume on the traditional New York DJ model and applied it to promoting the Tri-Cities (Tri-Town) area Hip-Hop participants in WA. The double album Mighty Mixtape 3 & 4 propelled the series to a vast unfamiliar audience aided by the participation of DJ Rapid Ric on Volume 3 and the return of the Lotus Production Team on Volume 4. Legacy mixtapes were re-released under the brand name and newer in house mixtapes followed the trend beginning with True Justice and On One‘s “Eat.Breathe.Live
